Let GBS Benefits, Inc.  guide you through the ever changing laws surrounding COBRA administration and keep your company in compliance.  As regulations change you can be sure that our team will not only make sure your company is compliant now, but that you will remain compliant in the future.

Allowing GBS Benefits, Inc. to provide full COBRA administration will drastically reduce your workload.   Once you notify us of a COBRA event, we will take care of the rest.  We will generate and send out all required COBRA notices by certificate of mail.  We will track COBRA timeframes, process COBRA enrollments with the insurance carriers, collect premium, act as the intermediary between employers and COBRA participants, and provide monthly reports and reimbursements.  We utilize an online system to administer COBRA so you can have access to your COBRA activity at any time.
